GENERAL

All exhibitors must build up on 29 and 30 September.

Empty stands at 17h00 on 30 September will either be removed from the floor or filled with lounge and meeting spaces.

Design and custom stand builders have access on 29 September.

Package exhibitors only have access on 30 September.

Small items may be brought to your stand on the morning of the exhibition, but no furniture or structural items may be brought into the venue on the first day of the show.

A schedule of build-up times will be provided. Please stick to these times to ensure a smooth flow of traffic through loading areas, venue doors, and the exhibition hall.

Exhibitors who arrive earlier than their allocated time will be kept outside the venue to avoid congestion.

Requests must be confirmed in writing to be considered.
All exhibitors must supply their own staff for carrying and unloading materials.
DELIVERY OF STAND MATERIALS TO THE VENUE

The loading bay is a drop-and-go area only. Trucks may offload/load here, but may not park.

Deliveries can be accepted at the venue:

From 12h00 on 29 September for design stand builders

From 06h00 on 30 September for package stand builders/dressers

You must have a representative onsite to accept deliveries during build-up.

If no one is present, deliveries will be placed at your stand.

Please note: No staff are available to check or guard deliveries.
BREAKDOWN PROCESS

Breakdown begins at 14h30 on Friday, 3 October 2025.

No exhibitor may begin packing up before this time.
-
For health and safety reasons, no delegates may be present in the venue while stands are being packed down.

Don’t worry — it will be a quick process if everybody cooperates!
