You are not forced to use Scan Display for extras

  • You may order your extra services and furniture from any supplier you wish.  Your relationship and organised services through Scan Display are not the responsibility of PURCO SA or the organisers.

If you choose Scan Display

  • Scan Display have updated their services process to an electronic form.  Please use this form to indicate if you will be requiring any additional furniture and services.  Do not order extra services by email.  Only use the services portal.

  • All graphics for the new stand format MUST be acquired through Scan Display.  New prints will be done to fit the stand perfectly and pre-existing banners must be sent to Scan Display for checking or customisation.  This is very important and cannot be fixed on site.

Know Your Stand Size – And Plan Accordingly

  • A 3m x 2m space can’t hold a boardroom. Sketch it to scale before you bring anything. Test it out in your garage or office if you can. Over-furnishing kills flow. Stick to one or two essential pieces.  Leave walking room for at least 2–3 visitors inside the stand at once.

Keep Walkways Clear — Don’t Spill into the Aisles

  • It’s against venue rules and makes your stand look chaotic. Banners, furniture, and even your team should stay inside your footprint. Spilling out into the aisle is a red flag for visitors and organisers.
  • Health and Safety at the venue and the Organisers will be forced to remove any items that are in aisle spaces.
  • Please be considerate of your neighbours, ensure that you are not impacting their stand in any way whatsoever.  They have the right to the space and the package that they have paid for without any infringement from neighbouring stands.

Storage Solutions

  • Storage on your stand can be very useful.  A tidier more professional look for your stand, but also safer for your personal belongings and valuables.  Please do not leave valuables unattended.
