Every delegate must be registered.  Your package included delegates will not be saved past this deadline.

Pre-existing Printed Fabric
Exhibitors wishing to use existing printed fabric with the new display system must deliver the fabric to Scan Display as soon as possible, and no later than 11 September, to assess compatibility and determine whether any tailoring is required.

Important: Existing fabric cannot be fitted on-site unless it has been assessed and, where necessary, tailored by Scan Display prior to the event. Fabric brought directly to the venue on the day of the exhibition cannot be accommodated.

Loading Bays closed
All exhibitors (design and package) must be finished loading in by 14h00 on 13 October 2026.  There is a stand that needs to be built in front of the loading bay doors and this needs to be completed by show sign off.  Please communicate with your logistics teams, your design stand builders, your furniture deliveries etc that this is the deadline to offload.

Exhibition Build Up for Design Stand Builders - Stand build complete time
The exhibition will be signed off by 17h00 on 13 October.  No exceptions.

It is imperative that your design stand builders are planning correctly and not overcommitting and under delivering in the time frame provided.  Penalties will be enforced where stands are not complete by the deadline as it has an impact on other exhibitors and the broader event.  We thank you for your cooperation and for managing your suppliers accordingly.

Combustible materials will be removed without the submission of a certificate

Design Stand Build Structural/Engineer’s Certificate

Show Complete and Signed off
All stands will be signed off by this time

Break Down for All Exhibitors and Scan Display
Please don’t break down before the close of the event.  The event finishes with lunch in the expo.
