No prizes will be handed out formally during the exhibition teas and lunches. Feedback from previous events has indicated that this is not enjoyed by other exhibitors or by a lot of the delegates (constant announcements). We have changed the format to allow for exhibitors to let us know what prizes they want handed out during formalities. These opportunities are in the following parts of the programme:
- Opening plenaries
- At the start of breakaways (after teas and lunches)
- At the casual night dinner and gala dinner
- In the closing plenary on the last day before the big finale
- In creative ways between conference sessions (if and when the programme allows)

- Please deliver all prizes for this purpose to Boardroom 4 on 13 October by 17h00.
