Application for EME stand package

ExpoStands and ExpoPods are exhibition spaces reserved for Exempt Micro Enterprises. Stands are either in the Conference Foyer or inside the Exhibition Hall, depending on space.

ExpoStands and ExpoPods are only available to EME companies.
Costs per stand package:
- ExpoStand: R20 000 incl
- ExpoPod: R15 000 incl

You are guaranteed to enjoy exposure to all conference attendees. All attendees pass through the Foyer exhibition area when they arrive at the event; when they move between the Exhibition Area and the Conference Plenary Room; and during lunch and tea breaks.

ExpoStands for EMEs (R20 000 incl VAT)
Walled ExpoStand with furniture
3mx2m stand area with white stretch fabric walling, fascia board with your company name, lighting, plugpoint, a cocktail table and one bar stool. You are responsible for all branding on the stand walls, or just bring a pull up banner and your promotional items.
Cost: R20 000 incl. VAT. (includes one stand representative for all three days who may also attend the Conference Sessions)
ExpoPods for EMEs (R15 000 incl VAT)
1mx2m stand area with a branded high counter, fascia board with your company name, and a bar stool. ExpoPods do not have walling. We will print your logo on the front of your counter - you just need to bring one pull-up banner, your brochures and any promotional items. There is space behind the counter for you to erect one pull up banner. The step-down counter has space for a laptop, pamphlet holder, flower or sweet bowl etc. (We do not provide any of these items - bring your own).
Cost: R15 000 incl. VAT. ((includes one stand representative for all three days who may also attend the Conference Sessions)

Who can participate

Supplier attendance
Suppliers may only attend the event if they are exhibitors.

Costs and payment

Changes: All changes are subject to a R125.00 fee per change.
Payment due before event: Payment is due imediately. Unpaid bookings will automatically be released, but are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable. Late payments will be subject to a 10% penalty.

Cancellation

Cancellation of exhibition stand and staff bookings
Replacements are allowed at any time. Replacements and cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties:

60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.

Data privacy

We respect your privacy, and personal information you provide will be strictly managed in terms of the POPI Act. Your data will be stored on the PURCO SA database system and its backups. We will never sell your details to any other company. We will send you communications about the Conference and Exhibition, as well as news and information about other events, products and services. Our privacy policy can be read here. You may opt-out from receiving our communications, and change or delete your information at any time.
