PURCON offers Institutions three ways to share your innovation work and showcase your students and entrepreneurs.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship Zone
The 2026 Enterprise Development Zone offers structured Hubs where you can showcase your institution plus four of your commercial innovations or entrepreneurs. Positioned in the main Foyer area, you will enjoy maximum traffic throughout the 3-Day Event as every delegate arrives at the Conference Venue and moves between the Plenary Room, Breakaways and Exhibition Hall during the conference.
- 24m2 of space
The standard layout is one 8m2 space for the host institution, plus four separate 4m2 spaces. The full 24m2 space can be reconfigured to accommodate additional beneficiaries if necessary. - Brand value for your Institution
- 8m2 host institution area at the front of your ED Hub.
- Attendance by two of your team with full access to the conference.
- Branding exposure at the Conference, on both PURCO SA and Conference websites, and directly via email to the full PURCO SA database.
- Exposure for selected Commercial Innovations or Entrepreneurs.
- Each ED Hub comprises the 8m2 host area at the front of the ED Hub, with four 4m2 separate spaces for your Entrepreneurs or Innovations.
- Attendance by four attendees with full access to the conference.
- If you use the spaces for Entrepreneurs or have begun commercialising your innovations, we will showcase their logos and company details on the conference website and in our emails..
Cost: R190 000 for the 24m2 stand space, walling, fascia and lighting (includes a wrap-around fascia above the full stand, with your Institution's name and that of your beneficiaries. Excludes wall branding and furniture).
Discounted Exhibition Stand in the Exhibition Hall
Take advantage of discounts on any exhibition stand in the Exhibition Hall.
Innovation stands are available in the main Exhibition Hall and have white fabric walling, fascia board with your institution name, lighting and power. You will be responsible for furnishing and branding your stand.
Cost: 15 percent discount on normal exhibition stand prices.
Speaker and Workshop Opportunity
The conference includes streams for Innovation and Technology, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Facilities Management.
We welcome your proposals for plenary and breakaway addresses, or for an interactive Delegate Engagement Exercise.

PURCON is attended by some 600 Higher Education decision makers and a broad range of their Supplier Partners.
Our audience includes Vice Chancellors, Registrars, and Heads of Finance, Procurement,Information Technology, and Facilities Management; together with their buyers.
Cost: No cost if your proposal is accepted.
ED Zone positioning and sample mockups
The ED Zone is positioned in the Entrance Foyer to the Conference, directly opposite the Registration Desks and in the passageway to all conference sessions.
Below the map is a sample mockup of this year's DUT Innobiz ED Stand. They have purchased two adjacent ED Hubs and will be showcasing 10 of their Entrepreneur businesses. The mockups indicate what a single ED Hub could look like with one 8m2 Host stand in the front facing the foyer and registration, and containing four 4m2 separate, walled ED Stands for your ED beneficiaries or Innovations.
