Standard terms and conditions
Supplier attendance
Suppliers may only attend the event if they are exhibitors.
Non contracted suppliers
Suppliers who do not have a current contract with PURCO SA or a PURCO SA Member Institution may apply to exhibit. A 10% additional fee will be levied.
Changes and penalties:
- Any change to an invoiced booking or a quotation request will incur a R125.00 fee per change.
- You can avoid the admin fee on quotations by requesting cancellation to hello@purcon.co.za, and then booking again
Payment due before event
- Payment is due within 30 days but no later than 30 days before the event.
- Payment is due immediately for bookings made less than 30 days before the event.
- Bookings are not secure until payment is received.
- Unpaid bookings will automatically be released, but are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable.
Late payments
Payments made later than 30 days after invoice are subject to an automatic 10% late payment penalty, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Cancellation of exhibition stands and staff bookings
Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties:
- 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
- 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
- Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.
Third party suppliers and cancellations
PURCO SA is not responsible for any third party service providers you engage for your stand, even if suggested by PURCO SA or our organisers. Cancellation penalties will not be waived if you experience any difficulties or delays with your service providers.
Early Bird rates and Price increases
We are keeping costs down as long as possible.
- The 2026 Early Bird rates are effective to 15 June 2026.
- 2026 rates will be approximately 10% more expensive than 2025.
Notes about Expo Packages
Tension Fabric stands
We have upgraded from standard shell scheme stands to Tension Fabric Stands.
Dinners
Dinners previously included in packages have been replaced with improved attendee benefits. Please book dinners separately.
Speaker opportunities
All speaker proposals will be evaluated for value to delegates.
Guaranteed plenary speaker opportunities for Platinum and Pavilion partners have been replaced with 5 minute 'Soapbox sessions' in the Plenary Room.
Prize competitions
Prize competition announcements in the Expo Hall are replaced with prize draws in the Conference Sessions and Dinners.

Additional Staff
Each package includes the attendees specified above. We will send you a dedicated link to register the included staff.
Exhibitors may supplement included staff by registering and paying for additional attendees.
Speaker opportunities
Expo Packages do not include speaker slots.
Exhibitors may submit proposals for speaker slots.
Topics must be conference-relevant and agreed with PURCO SA. Thought-leadership presentations that includes case studies and lessons are well received. Product or service-specific presentations are actively discouraged. Speakers will enjoy free access to the event on the day of their presentation. Speaker costs are for the exhibitor's account.
Custom stands, furniture, branding etc.
Exhibitors may use any stand builder for custom stands, and any service provider for stand furniture, equipment, branding etc.
Exhibitors may also choose to engage with the stand building company that PURCON has appointed to build the shell scheme. While this may be more efficient than appointing a third party service provider exhibitors should note that PURCON is only responsible for managing the erection of non-custom stands and the associated electrical and lighting services. PURCON is not responsible for managing custom stand builds or the delivery of any other services procured from the stand building company that PURCON has appointed, or any other third party.
