Stands for EME suppliers

Exempt Micro Enterprises are invited to take advantage of a discounted exhibition opportunity.  To qualify EMEs must submit proof of EME status and that their turnover is below the R10 million threshold.  Immediate payment through our online Payfast payment portal is required.

Limited ExpoStands and ExpoPods are available to successful applicants, and the packages include furniture and attendance on all days of the event and at the Gala Dinner. To ensure maximum visibility the stands are strategically positioned in the high-traffic PURCON foyer area, drawing maximum traffic throughout the 3-Day Event. The positioning ensures that the stands are seen by every delegate arriving at the Conference Entrance and moving between the Plenary Room and Exhibition Hall during the conference.

  • ExpoStands  for EMEs
    Walled ExpoStand with furniture
    3mx2m stand area with white walling, fascia board with your company name, lighting, plugpoint, a high table and one bar stool. You are responsible for all branding on the stand walls, but it’s an easy win to bring a banner and your promotional items.
    Cost: R15 000 excl. VAT. (includes one stand representative wh may also attend the conference and the Gala Dinner).
     
  • ExpoPods  for EMEs
    2mx2m stand area with a branded high counter, fascia board with your institution name, and a bar stool. ExpoPods are separated by a 2m space between each Pod and do not have walling. We will print your logo on the front of your counter - you just need to bring one pull-up banner, your brochures and any promotional items.
    Cost: R11 500 excl. VAT. (includes one stand representative who may also attend the Conference and the Gala Dinner).

 

Terms and conditions

Supplier attendance
Suppliers may only attend the event if they are exhibitors. 

Non contracted suppliers
Suppliers who do not have a current contract with PURCO SA or a Member institution may apply to exhibit. A 10% additional fee will be levied.

Late bookings and changes
Bookings made after 30 June will incur a 10% late booking penalty.
All changes will be subject to a R125.00 fee per change.

Payment due before event
Payment is due within 30 days but no later than 30 days before the event. Payment must be made immediately for bookings made less than 30 days before the event. Bookings are not secure until payment is received. Unpaid bookings will automatically be released, but are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable. Late payments will be subject to a 10% penalty.

Cancellation of exhibition stands and staff bookings
Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties:

  • 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
  • 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
  • Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.

Additional Staff

Each package includes a limited number of free attendees at no cost. We will send you booking discount codes when you book your exhibition stand, so that you can register your free staff.
Exhibitors may supplement their free staff by registering and paying for additional representatives.

Speaker opportunities

A limited number of 30min speaker slots are available for exhibitors and will be made available first to Pavilion and Platinum exhibitors.

Topics must be conference-relevant and agreed with PURCO SA. Thought-leadership presentations that includes case studies and lessons are well received. Product or service-specific presentations are actively discouraged. Speakers will enjoy free access to the event on the day of their presentation. Speaker costs are for the exhibitor's account. 

Other exhibitors may propose speakers and topics for consideration by PURCO SA and the Committee.

We are keeping costs down as long as possible. To benefit book before 12 July after which prices increase by 10%
