Panel Discussion
Managing the challenges of IWMS implementation

Implementing an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) presents several challenges, primarily due to its complexity and the need for seamless integration with existing systems.

One major challenge is data migration, as organizations often struggle with transferring large volumes of diverse data from legacy systems into the new IWMS. This process can be complicated by organisational data readiness, data inconsistencies, outdated information, and the need to standardise data formats.

Another challenge is user adoption, where employees may resist changing their routines or find the new system difficult to use. Change resistance can hinder the successful implementation of the IWMS and reduce the potential benefits of the system, leading to lacklustre results.

Additionally, integrating the IWMS with other systems, such as HR, finance, and IT, can be technically complex and may require significant customisation to ensure smooth data flow and functionality.

Join our discussion to hear how these challenges can be overcome and how to successfully prepare for and implement your IWMS system.
