PURCON 2026 - Register participants

Who can participate

Attendance
Supplier and service providers must exhibit in order to attend.
Employees of higher education institutions and their associated research and standards bodies may attend. PURCO SA welcomes requests from other individuals.
Each exhibitor package includes a limited number of stand representatives and conference attendees. Exhibitors may purchase additional participants if required.

Costs and payment

Quotations and invoices

We will send you a quotation.
Email your Purchase Order to hello@purcon.co.za to confirm your booking and we will send you the invoice for payment.
Quotations are no longer valid after 45 days of issue.

Changes:

Any change to an invoiced booking or a quotation request will incur a R125.00 fee per change.

Payment due before event:

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.
Payment is due immediately for bookings made less than 30 days before the event.
Bookings are not secure until payment is received.
Unpaid bookings will automatically be released, but are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable.

Late payments
Payments made later than 30 days after invoice are subject to an automatic 10% late payment penalty, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Early Bird rates and Price increases

The 2026 Early Bird rates are effective until 15 June 2026.
2026 rates will be approximately 10% more expensive than 2025.

Terms, Conditions and Cancellations

Changes: All changes are subject to a R125.00 fee per change.
Cancellations: Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties:

60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.

By registering for the event you confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions and cancellation penalties.

Communications

We may add you to an email list or invite you to join a WhatsApp group to keep you informed about this year's conference and exhibition. You may opt out at any time.

Data privacy

We respect your privacy, and personal information you provide will be strictly managed in terms of the POPI Act. Your data will be stored on our database system and its backups. We will send you communications about the Conference and Exhibition, as well as news and information about other events, products and services.

We cannot host this event without the financial support of our attendees, exhibitors and associates. If they ask, participant contact information will be provided to our exhibitors and associates. Name badges at the conference will also include a QR code with the participant's details. We will never sell participant details to any other company.
