Vela Mtshali has more than 24 years’ experience in public sector accounting and auditing. He has a distinguished track record in internal and external auditing of Government Departments, Municipalities, Public Entities and Higher Education & Training entities.

Vela CA(SA) has an MPhil in Development Finance and has completed the GIBS Global Executive Development Programme.  He is a Registered Auditor and a Chartered Accountant.
