Strategic approach to maximising the impact of the Capital Infrastructure Efficiency Grant (CIEG) Funding for the TVET Colleges

In this session, we will deliberate on the strategic approach that can be followed to maximise the impact of the infrastructure grant and achieve meaningful outcome for the colleges, understanding the grant requirement will assist developing a detailed infrastructure project plan that is aligned with organisational goals supporting overall mission and objectives of the College. This will also allow the Colleges to maximise spending on the grant by prioritising the high impacts projects.
