Pam Bosman is the CEO of Lumoka, a multi-disciplinary company focussed in management consulting, technology and finance.

She is the former Chief Financial Officer of Department of Education (KwaZulu-Natal) and former Accountant General for the KwaZulu-Natal province. Over the years she has developed expertise on ERP management of data, accounting and reporting in Higher Education.

Pam has played various roles from being part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and stream leads in implementation of ERP and remedial actions of implemented ERP in Higher Education institutions; and has consequently developed a framework for critical success factors for successful ERP systems change in Higher Education institutions.
