Vebashini Naidoo is an accomplished data science and analytics leader with experience spanning financial services, telecommunications and the public sector.

Currently with Telesure Investment Holdings, she previously served as Chief Data Scientist at SARS and held senior data leadership roles at rain South Africa, with earlier experience at Rand Merchant Bank and Absa Capital. LinkedIn

Vebashini combines deep technical expertise with a strong interest in leadership and responsible innovation. She holds qualifications in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Banking and business administration, and recently completed a Master of Science in Analytics at Georgia Institute of Technology. She is also an active advocate for developing Africa’s data and STEM communities, particularly opportunities for women and girls in technology
