Trevor Naidoo
Co-Founder and CEO, ProcureSense

Trevor Naidoo is an industrial engineer and business transformation specialist with close to fifteen years of experience helping large organisations turn regulatory and social obligations into measurable commercial and developmental outcomes.

As co-founder of ProcureSense, he has built a practice that sits at the intersection of procurement, supplier and enterprise development, localisation, and sustainability. His engineering background has taken him across FMCG, financial services, mining, public infrastructure, and social impact, giving him a systems view of how localisation succeeds or fails in practice. Before founding ProcureSense, he worked on the post-investment side of the FNB Vumela Enterprise Development Fund and led the solutions function at Edge Growth, one of South Africa's largest enterprise and supplier development funders, where he designed enterprise development strategies for corporates across mining and other sectors.

Through ProcureSense, Trevor and his team have helped corporate clients shift more than R5 billion of procurement spend to local businesses, achieve over R1 billion in cost savings, and train more than 3,000 small enterprises nationally, work recognised for measuring genuine impact rather than compliance alone. This is delivered through the firm's four-step methodology of Diagnose, Prescribe, Design, and Deliver, and reflected in ProcureSense's certification against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals impact standards.
