His background spans M&A, corporate transactions, governance and complex commercial contracting, with increasing focus on matters where technology, data and organisational structure complicate the legal and commercial picture.

He now advises businesses, boards and investors independently on transactions, commercial arrangements and strategic legal issues, and currently advises PURCO SA.
